## Policies
- Check-in: From 2:00pm. Contact reception for early or late check-in; fees may apply.
- Check-out: By 10:00 am. Contact reception if you need a late check-out; fees may apply.
- Pets: By law animals cannot be accommodated in the rooms unless they are registered assistance animals.
- Cancellation: A valid credit card guarantees every booking. Off peak, rooms cancelled by 2 pm at least 48 hours before arrival incur no fee; after that one night's tariff is charged. Peak periods (long weekends, public holidays and special events) require cancellation by 2 pm at least two weeks ahead, or the first night is charged. Easter cancellations within six weeks are charged the first night, and within that window all nights unless the room is resold. Group bookings cancelled within four weeks attract a 10% administration fee. No shows are charged all nights. Bookings made through a third-party agent must be cancelled through that agent, and all cancellation requests must be confirmed by email.
- Smoking: All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside and room doors must stay closed while smoking outside; a fee applies if cigarette smell is detected in a room or ensuite.
